Da dam smernice u kojem pravcu razmisljam - recimo da je nepunim nekim nadevom na bazi belog luka i persuna..tako nesto. Da li je bolje spremiti je na gradele (sipci za rostilj),da li zapeci u rerni..uviti je u foliju da ne iscure sokovi ili ipak ne? Sta od priloga servirati..? ... Posted March 12, 2020 Share Posted March 12, 2020 Zbog korona virusa ljudi panicno pokupovase pastu, sreca jos ne znaju da se tjestenina pravi od brasna i vode i da nije narocito tesko napraviti. Napravio sam tijesto od 1/3 integralnog, 1/3 semolina i 1/3 all purpose. Vec sam pravio tagliatelle od toga i bile su izvrsbne; odlicna tekstura i fenomenalan ukus. Sos koji napravis za pastu je bitniji, a pasta iako vazan sastojak je samo nosilac tog sosa. Dovoljno mi je ostalo da danas napravim ravioli od ricota sira i spinata u sosu od gljiva sa parmezanom.
