ABOARD AIR FORCE ONE, March 30 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Sunday Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy wants to back out of a critical minerals deal, warning the Ukrainian leader would face big problems if he did.

"He's trying to back out of the rare earth deal and if he does that he’s got some problems, big, big problems," Trump told reporters.

"He wants to be a member of NATO, but he's never going to be a member of NATO. He understands that."

April 1 (Reuters) - More than 50% of Ukrainians are critical of U.S. President Donald Trump's peace efforts, fearing they are likely to lead to a partly unjust or completely unfair end to Russia's war on their country, a Ukrainian pollster said on Tuesday.

The Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) said it based its findings on a survey of 1,326 people on Ukrainian-held territory from March 12-22.

It said that 32% of respondents expected "rather an unjust peace, although with the fulfilment of some of Ukraine's demands", while 22% expected a "totally unjust peace".

Only 3% said they believed Trump could bring about a just peace with 15% expecting a "rather just peace, although with some concessions to Russia", it added.

President Vladimir Putin has called up 160,000 men aged 18-30, Russia's highest number of conscripts since 2011, as the country moves to expand the size of its military.

 

Russia calls up conscripts in the spring and autumn but the latest draft of 160,000 young men is 10,000 higher than the same period in 2024.

Since the start of last year, the pool of young men available for the draft has been increased by raising the maximum age from 27 to 30.

 

In Moscow there were reports that call-ups had already been sent out on 1 April via the mos.ru city website.

Broj potvrđenih ruskih poginulih vojnika je prešao 100k ljudi. Mediazona koja radi istraživanje je imenom i prezimenom došla do cifre od 100.001 poginulog.

Procene do kraja prošle godine su da je poginulo 165k vojnika ukupno.

Naravno da se zanemi pred ovakvim prizorima masakra nad decom i civilima.

Jedan covek je najodgovorniji za sve ovo, da se ne lazemo, i Marko Rubio je to danas indirektno porucio
