  5. Siguran sam da ce nam @Angelia ponuditi neko racionalno objasnjenje zasto je ovo stabilno genijalno. In a wide-ranging interview Tuesday evening on the Fox program The Ingraham Angle, U.S. President Donald Trump told host Laura Ingraham what he thought about Canada and some of its politicians. It wasn’t good. “Here’s my problem with Canada,” he said at one point. “Canada was meant to be the 51st state, because we subsidized Canada by $200 billion a year. We don’t need their cars. We don’t need their lumber … We don’t need their energy. We don’t need anything.” When Ingraham interjected that it seemed he was being tougher on Canada than on some of America’s biggest adversaries, he replied: “Only because it’s meant to be our 51st state.” When she then asked about the danger of perhaps pushing Canada closer to China, Trump responded: “I deal with every country, indirectly or directly. One of the nastiest countries to deal with is Canada.” He continued sarcastically: “Good old Justin — I call him Governor Trudeau — his people were nasty, and they weren’t telling the truth. They never told the truth. You know they’d say, ‘Well, we don’t charge.’ Well they do. They charge tremendous.” He added: “And if you look at dairy products, what they’ve done to our farmers. I’d go up to Iowa, I’d go up to different places, Nebraska, and they would always complain about Canada, how they get ripped off. Do you know that Canada has a 250 per cent tariff? Two hundred and fifty, nobody knows that. They charge us numbers that are crazy.” Trump then brought up what he called “a very big deficit with Canada,” and he and Ingraham sparred over whether it was $60 billion (her take) or “much more” (his) before she muttered: “I don’t think so.”
  6. Da, ali vi ste "one of the nasties countries to deal with", a uz to vas USA subvencionise sa 200 milijardi $ (mogao bih se zakleti da je bilo 100 pre neku nedelju) godisnje. Ma ni hvala mu niste rekli, sram vas bilo. US President Donald Trump on Tuesday said that Canada is “one of the nastiest countries to deal with” as trade tensions between the two historically friendly countries continue to escalate. The trade war started with the US imposing tariffs on Canada, which in turn slapped retaliatory tariffs, with Canadians even boycotting US products. Speaking to Fox News, answering why he is tougher with Canada than other big adversaries, he said, "I deal with every country, indirectly or directly. One of the nastiest countries to deal with is Canada”. He continued: "Canada was meant to be the 51st state because we subsidise Canada by $200 billion a year," exaggerating the estimate of the US trade deficit with Canada, which is actually placed at $63.3 billion for 2024, by the U.S. Trade Representative's Office. PS Speaking with reporters in the Oval Office, Trump first mentioned his love for Canadians, including his “many friends” like hockey legend Wayne Gretzky. Then he riffed about how Canada shouldn’t exist as a sovereign country before getting to what has increasingly become a fixation: wholesale annexation of Canada as a U.S. state. "Canada only works as a state," Trump said Thursday. "We don’t need anything they have. As a state, it would be one of the great states anywhere. This would be the most incredible country, visually. If you look at a map, they drew an artificial line right through it, between Canada and the U.S. Just a straight, artificial line. Somebody did it a long time ago, many many decades ago. Makes no sense. It’s so perfect as a great and cherished state."

  13. Sve budala, do budale. 😮 Rest of conversation - REPORTER: So, just to clarify—your position is that France owes its entire existence to the United States? LEAVITT: Absolutely. If it weren’t for the U.S., the French would be speaking German right now. That’s just a fact. REPORTER: Interesting. Because if it weren’t for France, we wouldn’t even have the United States. Ever heard of the American Revolution? France bankrolled it. Sent troops. Fought Britain on multiple fronts. And, oh yeah—gave us the Statue of Liberty as a symbol of freedom. Do we only acknowledge history when it’s convenient? LEAVITT: Well, the United States has been the beacon of global freedom— REPORTER: Right, and who gave us the actual beacon? The French. And let’s not forget, France won World War I before the U.S. even entered it. So by your logic, does that mean Americans should be thanking the French for not speaking German in 1918? LEAVITT: That’s not what I’m saying. I’m saying— REPORTER: Also, if we’re going down this road—how about the Louisiana Purchase? You know, that huge chunk of land that doubled the size of America? Bought it from the French. Are we sending them a thank-you note? LEAVITT: Look, I think we’re getting off track here. The point is— REPORTER: The point is, we didn’t just swoop in and save the day while France sat around waiting. Nations cooperate, trade, and yes, sometimes even rescue each other.
U Americi je tad otvoreno 2.500 novih radnih mjesta u primarnoj proizvodnji čelika i aluminija, a zatvoreno 75.000 radnih mjesta u preradi tih metala zbog viših cijena sirovine ...

Vidis li ti neke naznake da US ponovo postaje velika ?
