I Brazil solidno uvozi naftu iz Rusije, ne u tom obimu kao ove tri zemlje, ali nije zanemariva kolicina. Ovim zemljama je i najkriticnije uvesti nove tarife, narocito Turskoj zbog njihove uloge u NATO. Srbija ne uvozi rusku naftu, ali stoprocentno se oslanja na ruski gas, tako da i mi mozemo da ocekujemo neke nove tarife u ovom razvoju dogadjaja. Ne verujem da ce se vise objavljivati sta se (pro)daje Ukrajni. Kako su rekli, to je vrlo sofisticirano oruzje i oprema.
