Radoye Posted July 21, 2019 Share Posted July 21, 2019 (edited) Kompletni rezultati za Ajovu: https://racerdigital.files.wordpress.com/2019/07/indycar-officialraceresults.pdf Bila solidna trka, jedan prekid zbog kisice, par incidenata (okretanje Karama i kontakt sa Rozenkvistom - obojica nastavili, kontakt Karama sa Satom - obojica odustaju, kontakt Karpentera sa zidom i odustajanje), Andretiju pokazana crna zastava jer je bio prespor (nekih 8 krugova zaostatka na polovini trke), i odustajanje Herte zbog kvara u finisu trke, takodje je i Reholov motor u finisu davao znake da mu je dusa na izmaku ali je uspeo da ga dovuce do cilja. Penskiji su veci deo trke dominirali sa Rosijem, Ferucijem i Satom u borbi iza njih, onda se prvo Pauer samoubio prilikom nekontrolisanog ulaska u boks zbog cega je zaradio stop&go kaznu, Hinc, Pigot i Karpenter zivnuli i krenuli da se penju kroz poredak do poslednjeg zutog kad se Karpenter slupao. Tu jedan deo vozaca odlazi u boks po nove gume a drugi odlucuju da ostanu na stazi i cuvaju poziciju - ispostavilo se da su oni prvi napravili bolji izbor, Feruci bledi i otpada, Dikson koji je celu trku bio na repu vodeceg kruga odjednom postaje najbrzi na stazi i probija se napred, on i Hinc prelaze Rosija pa Pazenoa ali Njugarden je bio predaleko. Na kraju rezultat idealan za Njugardena po vise osnova, povecava razliku izmedju direktnih konkurenata i sada vec ozbiljno istice kandidaturu za drugu sampionsku titulu! Radoye Posted July 21, 2019 Share Posted July 21, 2019 Vec narednog vikenda vozi se trka na Mid-Ohajo autodromu u Leksingtonu: Jos jedan klasicni americki autodrom sa dugom tradicijom (sagradjen 1962.) koji karakterom i dalje priziva neka prosla vremena, sa travom i sljunkom pored staze i velikim visinskim razlikama. Na kalendarima severnoamerickih sampionata sporskih prototipova prakticno od samog pocetka, tokom 1970-tih ovde je vozen sampionat F5000 da bi od 1980. pa do pred ujedinjenje ovde nastupao Indikar sampionat pod sankcijom CART. Nakon ujedinjenja sa IRL trka ostaje na kalendaru zajednickog sampionata. Staza u svojoj varijanti za Indikar ima duzinu kruga od 3634 m sa 13 krivina, trka se vozi na 90 krugova / 203 milje / 327 km a rekord kruga drzi Simon Pazeno u Penski-Sevrolet indi bolidu sa 1:03.8700 postavljen 2016. Medju vozacima ovde je najuspesniji Skot Dikson sa 5 pobeda a pobedu od prosle godine brani Aleks Rosi. Radoye Posted July 22, 2019 Share Posted July 22, 2019 Skot Dikson, najbolji vozac danasnjice koji nikada nije startovao na nekoj F1 trci, danas slavi 39. rodjendan: 5 Indikar sampionskih titula, dve pobede na Indi 500 i rekordi u skoro svim kategorijama u Indikaru a tamo gde nema rekord ispred njega su samo EjDzej Fojt i/ili Mario Andreti. 2001. kao supertalentovani omladinac bio u razmatranju za mesto u F1 u Vilijams-BMWu koje je na kraju dobio Montoja kao iskusniji i proverena vrednost. 2004. konacno dobija test u Vilijamsu i brzi je od Ralfa Sumahera ali BMW zahteva da u timu bude jedan Nemac. Nakon ovog potpuno prestao da se interesuje za karijeru u Evropi i koncentrise se na osvajanje svega sto se moze osvojiti u Americi. Jedan od nekoliko sampiona koji su procureli kroz prste F1. Radoye Posted July 28, 2019 Share Posted July 28, 2019 Uh kakva trka, posle ludila i haosa u Nemackoj i Indikar je servirao pravi klasik i to bez ijedne zute! Takticka trka gde je jedna grupa isla na 3 stopa i voznju punim gasom a druga na 2 uz stednju goriva da bi se u zadnja 2-3 kruga preklopili, Dikson na gumama u raspadu jedva zadrzao Rozenkvista iza sebe (9 stotih razlike na liniji cilja), kontakt izmedju Hanter-Reja i Njugardena u poslednjem krugu kad je lider sampionata preagresivno pokusao preticanje za trece mesto i izvukao deblji kraj ostavsi u sljunku kraj staze sto je Rosiju dozvolilo da petim mestom smanji razliku na tabeli na samo 16 bodova sa 4 trke do kraja. Pocetak trke je bio pomalo tih ali kako se taktika odvijala dolazili smo u faze preklapanja sa gumama gde su oni ispred bili na starijim istrosenim a oni iza na svezim. Mnogo dobrih duela tocak uz tocak kroz ceo poredak, par i uz kontakt (Herta se ukucao u Bordea i okrenuo ga, ovaj napravio piruetu od 360 stepeni i nastavio kao da se nista nije desilo). Na samom startu Sato gurnuo Eriksona na Hinca, sva trojica su morali u boks na popravke, Erikson je odustao, Hinc izgubio 3 kruga a Sato samo 1. Jedno vreme je delovalo da ce Pauer da izdominira ali je onda neobjasnjivo posustao i zavrsio cetvrti, Pazeno je isto bio pri vrhu u prvoj polovini trke na kraju sesti, jedino je Njugarden od Penskijevaca sve vreme bio u kombinaciji i to uprkos jednom dugom stopu zbog problema sa dolivanjem goriva - i onda se na kraju samoeliminisao. Radoye Posted August 1, 2019 Share Posted August 1, 2019 Opa: Quote IndyCar to run hybrid units from 2022 By: David Malsher Aug 1, 2019, 10:59 AM The NTT IndyCar Series has delayed its next engine formula by a year in order to integrate a single-source hybrid system, with the intention that the units will improve competition and also attract more OEMs to compete with Honda and Chevrolet. The hybrid system will work in parallel with the Ilmor-built Chevrolets and Honda Performance Development-built Hondas to produce “in excess of 900 horsepower”. The hybrid technology will consist of a multi-phase motor, inverter and electric storage device creating energy recovery from the car’s braking system. IndyCar believes the addition of the hybrid technology will aid drivers in allowing them to restart their cars without outside aid from the AMR Safety Team following an incident, and therefore improve the race fan experience by reducing the length of caution periods, “and potentially improve the pace and overall time of races.” The sheer weight of ‘traditional’ self-starters had prevented them being integrated into IndyCars hitherto, since increased mass – particularly at or beyond the rear axle – would increase the momentum of spinning cars, a major worry given that there are still several ovals on the schedule. Although details have not yet been finalized, the hybrid powertrain will increase the horsepower provided by the push-to-pass system used on road and street courses. The current system sees the BorgWarner twin-turbos increase in pressure from 1.5-bar to 1.65-bar, offering approximately 60hp extra for a total of 200 seconds per race. The original plan to enlarge the current 2.2-liter V6 twin-turbo engines to 2.4-liters but retaining the current architecture was announced in May 2018, with the intention to introduce the new formula for the 2021 season. However, in April of this year, IndyCar president Jay Frye admitted that the new engine could get pushed back by a year to provide more time to entice additional manufacturers. With this announcement, IndyCar has confirmed not only that the new engines will arrive simultaneously with the next-gen spec Dallara chassis, but also that the new engine formula – as yet undefined in terms of engine size – will run from 2022 through 2027. “It’s an exciting time for IndyCar with the forthcoming evolution of the cars and innovations like the hybrid powertrain being incorporated into the new engine,” said Frye. “As we move toward the future, we will remain true to our racing roots of being fast, loud and authentic, and simultaneously have the ability to add hybrid technology that is an important element for the series and our engine manufacturers.” Honda Performance Development president Ted Klaus said: “Honda is committed to racing in order to develop people and technologies relevant to the future of our sport and our world. Radoye Posted August 2, 2019 Share Posted August 2, 2019 Da, struja je sada must, to je bio kamen spoticanja zbog kojeg su pregovori sa Porseom propali onomad - oni su hteli hibridnu tehnologiju. Sad ce valjda biti interesovanja medju proizvodjacima motora pa da imamo barem 3-4 umesto sadasnja dva, mada se u Sevroletu ljute zbog ovoga, kazu da njih razvoj hibrida ne interesuje. Videcemo kako ce biti. Dobra strana ovoga je 900 konja, konacno ozbiljna cifra (trenutno su tu negde 650-700), a i to da ce sami moci da restartuju motore ako se ugase, sto ce smanjiti broj zutih zastava tokom trke. Ali nije jos nacisto ni kako bi ovo sve funkcionisalo na ovalima, jer tu nema nekog veceg kocenja da se energija regenerise i vecinom se vozi punim gasom. Radoye Posted August 9, 2019 Share Posted August 9, 2019 U vezi fuzije Meklarena i SPM - Eriksonov ugovor je samo za ovu sezonu i za njega je bilo ocekivano da nece nastaviti saradnju sa SPM i s Meklarenom u kombini i bez njega. Meta za njegovu zamenu je oduvek bio mali Herta, iako na njega racuna i Andreti. S obzirom da Harding-Stajnberener najverovatnije puca na kraju sezone ako Andreti zeli da zadrzi Hertu u svom okrilju morace da nadje sponzora i resurse za peti bolid za kompletnu sezonu, sto ce prilicno da nategne celu organizaciju, bice ono seci usi krpu guzicu. Sa druge strane drugi Meklaren-SPM bolid takvih problema nece imati. E sad - Hincklif. On je lice Honde u Severnoj Americi, na bilbordima, u TV reklamama, nema sanse da ostane u timu nakon prelaska na Sevrolet. Najverovatnije ce uhlebljenje naci u RLL koji za narednu sezonu planira prosirenje na tri bolida, uostalom tamo je Honda vec ucackala Takuma-sana pa sto ne bi jos jednog svog. Radoye Posted August 9, 2019 Share Posted August 9, 2019 Jos sto se tice Meklaren-SPM fuzije, ono sto se zna je da Alonso nece biti medju njihova dva glavna vozaca, ali da su spremni da za Indi 500 dodaju treci bolid za njega bude li hteo da vozi. Takodje, navodno su ljudi iz americke HPD Honde ljuti na japansku centralu zbog insistiranja da se Meklaren-SPMu ne isporucuju motori, jer gubitak SPM tima remeti ravnotezu medju proizvodjacima u Indikar sampionatu i prebacuje teziste na Sevrolet koji je do sada prakticno samo Penskija imao kao ozbiljnu ekipu i povremeno na ovalima jos i Karpentera. Radoye Posted August 12, 2019 Share Posted August 12, 2019 (edited) Narednog vikenda nastavlja se Indikar sampionat drugom trkom sezone na kraljevsku duzinu od 500 milja: Jedinstveni trouglasti superspidvej je prosle godine doneo trku koja ce ostati upamcena jedino po teskom udesu Roberta Vikensa od cijih se posledica jos uvek oporavlja. Izuzetno teska staza za setapovanje bolida sa tri potpuno razlicite krivine gde ono sto funkcionise na jednom kraju staze potpuno postaje neadekvatno na suprotnom, zbog cega se bolidi moraju podesiti tako da zapravo nigde ne funkcionisu idealno ali da nigde nisu ni neupravljivi. Umetnost pronalazenja kompromisa i zivljenja sa njim je na najvisoj ceni ovde. Sampionat ulazi u finis, ostalo je jos 4 trke do kraja sezone, Njugarden je u vodjstvu a iza njega sa zaostatkom unutar (otprilike) jedne pobede su jos Rosi, Pazeno i Dejli. Svaki bod je sada od kljucne vaznosti. Prosle godine gledali smo vozic od starta do cilja (ne racunajuci prekid pod crvenom zastavom zbog gorepomenutog udesa), ove godine sa promenama na aerodinamici bolida stanje bi trebalo biti bolje ali ne treba ocekivati ludilo kao pre koju godinu kad su na restartima isli po 5-6-7 bolida poravnati u sirinu tocak uz tocak. U Karlinovom bolidu #59 umesto Maksa Ciltona koji je resio da vise ne vozi ovale ponovo cemo videti Konora Dejlija.
