Rinus ViKej potvrdjen kod Kojna u bolidu #18, kao sto je bilo i ocekivano. To je bilo poslednje upraznjeno mesto na ovogodisnjem gridu (ne racunajuci Indy 500):

Poslednji test pred pocetak ovogodisnje sezone (za dve nedelje u St. Pitu) vozo se danas na Sebringu. Timovi i vozaci su podeljeni u dve grupe, u prepodnevnoj najbrzi je bio pato O'Vord:

Od ove godine vozacima ce biti dozvoljen restart motora na pitlajnu uz pomoc hibridne komponente pogona - do sada su to smeli da rade na stazi ali u pitlajnu je morala da se koristi rucna startna procedura.

IndyCar will add at least five laps to six races in 2025 in order to help vary strategies and eliminate processional fuel-save races.

 

The series has altered some of its procedures for starts and restarts to try and eliminate crashes that occured multiple times in 2024.

 

Most road and street courses will use new format for Practice 1 that had been used sparingly in the past.

Svi Penskiji su prvog dana testiranja bili na samom dnu poretka tu gde je Mekloklin. Drugog dana su Njugarden i Pauer iskocili, Mekloklin ostao. Ko zna sta su testirali, ne bih se ja sekirao za njih Penski zna sta radi.
