Rain slowed the start of the test, but once it cleared, running was extended until 8pm and the Juncos Hollinger Racing driver produced an unofficial best lap of 181.315mph in the No. 76 Chevy ahead of Chip Ganassi Racing’s Alex Palou, who turned a 181.118mph lap in the No. 10 Honda.

Radoye Posted Tuesday at 02:02 AM Author Posted Tuesday at 02:02 AM Jos jedan klasican autodrom, staza u Leksingtonu u Ohaju je "domaca baza" RLL tima i familije Rehol. Sagradjena 1962. za svrhu tamkicenja sportskih prototipova kompletno je rekonstruisana 2006. Iako manje poznata od Elkart Lejka i Votkins Glena, Mid-Ohajo nezaostaje puno za njima po atraktivnosti i vozackom izazovu. Bolidi jednosedi ovde prvi put nastupaju 1970. u sklopu severnoamerickog sampionata F5000 (generalno F1 sasije ali sa petolitarskim V8 Naskar motorima umesto uobicajenih 3,5l masina) dok Indikar ovde s pauzama nastupa od 1980. Na prosloj trci na Elkart Lejku pobedio je (ponovo) Aleks Palu nakon dve trke gde je imao kuratu srecu. Prosto je neverovatno da nakon zavrsene pola sezone mi imamo samo dvojicu pobednika. i to jednog sa 6 pobeda i jednog sa 3. Ovakvu dominaciju odavno ne pamtim. Sto se tice Mid-Ohaja, pobedu od prosle godine brani Pato O'Vord koji je ove sezone jos uvek bez pobede ali konstantno pri vrhu tako da je trenutno drugi u poretku sampionata uprkos tri pobede Kajla Kirkvuda. Palu je naravno nedodirljiv na celu. Istorijski ovde najvise pobeda ima Skot Dikson (6) a od timova Ganasi i Penski poravnati sa po 12. Palu vozi za Ganasi, Dikson mu je timski kolega a i sam je vec pobedjivao ovde (2023.) tako da je tesko kladiti se protiv njega. Mada, ovo je Indikar, tu je bukvalno sve moguce... Radoye Posted Tuesday at 12:53 PM Author Posted Tuesday at 12:53 PM - Hunkos, ciji suvlasnik Brad Holindzer je jedno vreme drzao vlasnicki udeo u Vilijamsu u F1, pregovara o tehnickoj saradnji sa nekoliko F1 ekipa. Posto je u F1 na delu ogranicenje budzeta timovi gledaju da uposle visak radne snage na drugim projektima (otud npr. Ferari u WEC, Meklaren u Indikaru) pa se Hunkos nudi kao prilika. Par manjih timova u Indikaru se od ove godine uparilo sa velikima (MSR - Ganasi, Fojt - Penski...) sto im je donelo napredak:https://racer.com/2025/06/30/juncos-hollinger-looking-to-f1-tech-alliance

Lundgaard retained second in the No. 7 Chevy (1m 05.552s) but he was separated from O’Ward by Road America polesitter Louis Foster who jumped to third late in the session with the No. 45 Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing Honda (1m 05.596s) ahead of O’Ward’s No. 5 Chevy (1m 05.727s). Meyer Shank Racing’s Felix Rosenqvist completed the top five in the No. 60 Honda (1m 05.794s) after losing a significant portion of Friday to a hybrid powertrain issue.
