wrach Posted August 16, 2019 Share Posted August 16, 2019 Novcane kazne nemaju efekta kod ovakvih prekrsaja. Slicno je sa nekulturom ljudi na ulici. Prilicno sam siguran da ce nekome ko baci papir na ulicu i kome se naredi da cisti istu ulicu ceo dan umesto da plati 50 evra teze pasti ciscenje ulice. I siguran sam da ce sledeci put kad mu padne na pamet ta odvratna ideja da baci nesto na ulicu proci kroz glavu "sramota" sto je bio djubretar jedan dan pre nego li manjak novca. *nista protiv profesije cistaca/ica, poenta je kaznjavanje 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
